PRIME Counseling is dedicated to providing quality services at an affordable rate.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
If you prefer, we would be glad to contact your insurance company and obtain the information above.
Rates
$150 per 50-minute session
Sliding Scale Fee
Reduced fee services are available on an individual basis.
Payment
We accept cash, checks & all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
We would greatly appreciate if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
