Eliana is an expert in treating clients with severe anxiety, recent loss, disassociation, suicidal ideation, paranoia, and spiritual confusion. She also treats family members of the individuals navigating these challenges. Clients describe Eliana as an empathetic and direct therapist who uses honesty and compassion throughout her sessions. A typical session with Eliana is rooted in the Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) technique, which helps clients find the cause of their unwanted behaviors by working through their unwanted thoughts and emotions. She helps clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to relieve the negative impact they are causing.

It is common for Eliana’s clients to be struggling with broken relationships, spiritual confusion, tearful spells, anxiety attacks, panic attacks, disconnection from life, job dissatisfaction, and suicide thoughts/attempts. Eliana specializes in panic disorders, grief, dissociative identity disorder, spiritual abuse, and paranoia. She is passionate about the different types of grief that affect us today. Losing a job, not getting into college, missing out on a promotion, miscarriage/infertility, cheating, loss of a friend group, and more all deserve to be viewed as grief.

She has worked in a non-profit setting as well as private practice. She is dually licensed in Texas and Florida. She holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. Eliana has first-hand experience with anxiety, grief, and loss. She is an avid believer in the therapeutic process and attributes her personal success, growth, and healing to the years of therapy she’s invested in herself.
