Morgan works primarily with couples and individuals who feel stuck in painful patterns that keep repeating no matter how hard they try. She specializes in helping clients better understand conflict cycles, family-of-origin dynamics, emotional reactivity, and the stories people begin to believe about themselves and their relationships over time.

Her approach is direct, relational, and grounded in developmental and systemic perspectives. Morgan helps clients move beyond surface-level communication issues and look at the deeper patterns underneath disconnection, resentment, shutdown, criticism, and conflict. She believes people make more sense when you understand the system they learned to survive in.

Before becoming a counselor, Morgan spent over a decade in leadership roles within advertising and technology. That experience gives her a strong understanding of burnout, perfectionism, workplace stress, and the pressure many couples and families feel trying to balance careers, relationships, and everyday life.

Morgan is currently completing her Master’s degree in Counseling at Southern Methodist University with a focus in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling. She believes therapy should feel honest, collaborative, and human—not clinical or performative.
